Dantalion - A Scholarly Hand
The 71st spirit of the goetia, Dantalion is a mighty infernal Duke and a most auspicious spirit of great value to the black magician.
I’m going to speak only from my personal experience with this demon.
My first interaction with Dantalion was through a pathworking technique of “mutual meeting”. The spirit immediately presented itself upon the completion of the final step of the pathworking.
Though not initially visible, my tell-tale “signal” of spirit presence went off like a wartime klaxon announcing incoming bombers (In the presence of potent spiritual entities I experience a very distinct sensation in my abdomen that can be rather unpleasant at times.).
I made my request for assistance with a specific matter of spirit communication. He immediately agreed, and I went about my business.
Though initially slow, his influence built up over about a week to a powerful torrent of preternatural assistance.
In matters of learning, sciences, human behavior and even obscure studies like phrenology, he is incredibly helpful.
I want to take this opportunity to tip my hat to 71, and encourage other black magicians to work with this most excellent spirit.
